The department also deals with the integration of object security systems and the installation and servicing of ICT road infrastructure. As part of its activities, the department also offers special-purpose vehicles, such as command and communication centers, observation and patrol vehicles, measuring and control stations, and power supply systems.

The department also offers video surveillance of road infrastructure. Video surveillance systems are designed to ensure public safety and protect critical infrastructure, including both stationary installations and mobile observation solutions.

The BIT IT Department provides comprehensive customer service in the design, delivery, implementation, and servicing of software and IT infrastructure. It offers a wide range of services, from the delivery of computer and server hardware to the implementation of advanced IT systems, both proprietary and from other manufacturers.

The department's key products and services include proprietary solutions such as classified information management systems, SmartCity platforms for communication between local governments and residents, and urban infrastructure and waste management (Lupe). The department is also developing its own CMS SmartSite system, which is used to create and maintain websites, public information bulletins, and e-services and business applications. Thanks to these solutions, BIT supports public administration and business in the effective management of data and processes.

We are also a market leader in classified information management systems. Our solutions include both basic systems supporting the work of offices and comprehensive document management systems for large organizations. Our offer also covers the design and construction of secure server and network environments for processing classified information.

The IT Department offers comprehensive services in the supply of computer, server, and network equipment. As a partner of leading hardware and software manufacturers, it supplies and commissions servers, network equipment, backup, and security solutions. It designs and configures virtualization environments and supplies personal computers, notebooks, peripheral devices, and computer accessories. The department also provides a full range of IT system implementation, service, and maintenance services, including 24/7 support, which is crucial for maintaining the continuity of critical systems.

ICT

The ICT Department specializes in the design and construction of fiber optic telecommunications networks and access networks. It offers integration of radio solutions and systems, implementation of special services, and design and construction of security and building automation systems, IoT, video monitoring, and access control. Key competencies include maintenance, servicing, and repair of networks and ICT systems.

As part of its activities, the department also offers comprehensive ICT project services, from conceptual development through the design phase to the final implementation of the investment. The department has extensive experience in implementing complex projects for local government units, uniformed services, and telecommunications operators. Thanks to the use of the latest technologies and cooperation with leading manufacturers, the department provides consistent and effective ICT solutions for its customers.

Based on the latest technologies, the department provides solutions based on wired and wireless transmission. In the field of wired technologies, it offers infrastructure construction using fiber optic or copper media, including extensive optical telecommunications networks and local structured networks. The department also implements innovative wireless solutions, such as Wi-Fi, WLAN, WiMAX, LTE radio technologies, and dedicated point-to-point radio links.
