Service Structure

Our service consists of specialized and closely cooperating units:

  • Customer Service Center (CSC): The heart of our service is the CSC located in Białystok. It is here that we monitor IT systems, handle service requests, and coordinate the work of field technicians across the entire country. Our staff possesses extensive technical knowledge and utilizes advanced tools such as digital maps, devices for locating technicians, and dedicated project databases. This enables them to quickly and effectively decide on dispatching the appropriate service team to the reported location.
  • Technical Coordinators: : In situations requiring specialized knowledge or higher-level intervention, our Technical Coordinators step into action. They are experienced experts who oversee the work of the CSC and Service Teams, and have the authority to coordinate the activities of other subcontractors involved in the project. Their knowledge and experience guarantee an effective resolution to even the most complex problems.
  • Service Teams: Available 24 hours a day, our Service Teams are located on the outskirts of major cities, ensuring quick access to critical points of the system. Our technicians are qualified specialists with broad electrotechnical knowledge, possessing the necessary certifications and trained in the operation and service of the devices used in our projects.
  • Regional Logistics Points: Our nationwide network of Regional Logistics Points serves as a base for our Service Teams. These locations stock essential spare parts and tools, enabling quick and efficient repair execution.

We specialize in the maintenance and service of:

  • Road Safety Infrastructure (BRD)
  • Radio, fiber-optic, and satellite communication systems
  • Server rooms and data centers
  • Special-purpose vehicles, Command and communication centers
